- Customs Clearance: €26.00 Export Declaration Fee (Excl. Import Duties & Local VAT).
- Toll Fees: Rates may include a weight-based Road Toll Surcharge.
- Reverse Charge: For EU B2B customers with a valid VAT ID, the Reverse Charge Mechanism applies (0% VAT).
- Packaging: AGPACK generally bears the packaging costs.

Self-Collection
You can also pick up your goods directly from our office and warehouse in Ottobrunn, Munich.
Pick-up times:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Please contact customer service at sales@agpack.top immediately after placing your webshop order to request self-collection. Naturally, there are no shipping costs for you. We will notify you by email when your goods are ready. Normally, this takes one working day.
