Terms & Conditions:
- No Hidden Fees: The parcel shipping rates listed above are fixed flat rates and already include all standard logistics, road tolls, and fuel surcharges.
- Reverse Charge: For EU B2B customers with a valid VAT ID, the reverse charge mechanism applies (0% VAT).
- Parcelshop Limitations: Packages exceeding 20.0 kg cannot be delivered to or returned via Pickup Parcelshops and require a direct delivery address.
- Packaging: AGPAK generally bears all packaging costs.
- Split Shipments: If your order must be fulfilled in multiple partial deliveries, AGPAK will cover any additional shipping costs.
Pallet Shipping (For orders over 31.5 kg)
Orders with a total weight exceeding 31.5 kg cannot be shipped via standard parcel services. Instead, they will be securely delivered by our forwarding partner on a pallet, or split into multiple parcels, depending on the order specifics.
Important: Please note that standard parcel rates and free shipping thresholds do not apply to pallet shipments or orders requiring multiple parcels. For heavy orders, our customer service team will contact you via email immediately after your purchase to provide a custom freight quote and coordinate the delivery. Alternatively, you can request a freight quote in advance by emailing us at sales@agpack.top.
Self-Collection
You are also welcome to pick up your eco-friendly household products directly from our office and warehouse in Ottobrunn, Bavaria.
Pick-up times:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
If you prefer self-collection, please contact our customer service team at sales@agpack.top immediately after placing your order online. Naturally, this option is entirely free of shipping charges. We will notify you by email as soon as your goods are ready for pickup, which normally takes one business day.
