Return & Refund Policy

A.C.E.G Import & Export GmbH strives to provide our commercial partners with the highest quality products. Because our shop exclusively serves business customers (B2B), all sales are generally final. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Product Pricing

We reserve the right to amend pricing on our website without prior notice. Confirmed orders will be dispatched at the price agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Incorrect Items Received

In the unlikely event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us at sales@agpack.top within 3 working days of delivery. We will arrange the return shipping for the incorrect item and cover all associated costs to deliver the correct product. Goods must be returned unopened and in their original, unused condition.

Damage in Transit & Defective Goods

Upon delivery, the customer is obligated to immediately inspect the shipment. Any visible damage to the packaging or products must be noted directly on the courier’s delivery receipt before signing. Please report any damage or defects to A.C.E.G Import & Export GmbH immediately. Failure to note visible damage on the delivery document may void your right to a claim. Once we arrange collection and verify the damage, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Return Instructions

Any authorized returns must be sent in sufficient packaging to prevent further damage in transit. If an item is returned to us poorly packaged and sustains further damage, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
