Dual System Participation (Licensing)
To ensure the collection, sorting, and recycling of our packaging, we participate in a certified Dual System.
This means that for every piece of packaging (cardboard boxes, shipping envelopes, stretch film, and filling materials) we put into the German market, we pay a "recycling fee" to support the national circular economy.
Transport and Product Packaging
Packaging Costs:
AGPAK generally bears the costs for the high-quality packaging required to ensure your goods arrive safely.
Customer Ownership:
According to our terms, transport and all other packaging materials become the property of the customer upon delivery.
We encourage our customers to dispose of the shipping cardboard (paper stream) and any protective film (plastic stream) via their local recycling systems to support environmental sustainability.

For our B2B partners, we ensure that our packaging materials are optimized for durability and recyclability. If you are a reseller, our LUCID registration provides you with the necessary legal certainty to distribute our products within Germany.
